Hello Friends and Family,

I have been involved with Dragonheart Vermont (DHVT) since it started in 2004. As a non-profit breast cancer wellness organization, I have enjoyed the team sport of dragon boating and the ability for me to communicate to other breast cancer survivors that life can still be very active after treatment.

The Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival, presented by Community Bank N.A. in 2024, is a charity fundraiser where all funds raised support DHVT and its Pledge Partner (an annually designated wellness and cancer-related local organization). All funds stay local!

This year’s Pledge Partner is the Osher Integrative Oncology at UVM Cancer Center.
